Isabelle Finney has extensive international marketing and financial strategy experience across a wide range of industries including transportation, investment banking, insurance, legal, and consumer goods. Prior to founding the Profit Advantage Group, Isabelle worked as an independent consultant in the areas of pricing, costing, positioning, business process improvement and yield management. Her clients in Europe included CSFP, ING Barings, Daiwa Europe and Saudi International. In the US, she has worked as an independent consultant with Catalyst Strategies on Blue Shield of California and Charles Schwab and with Broderick & Company on clients including Deloitte Consulting, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Sullivan & Cromwell, and John Ryan.

Isabelle has also held senior-level in-house roles. During an eight-year career with DHL in Europe and the US, she served as Vice President of Marketing, where she was responsible for directing the company's marketing strategy including advertising, pricing, yield management, market research and client acquisition and retention strategies. Earlier on in her career with DHL, she directed the company's efforts in implementing Activity Based Costing strategies and techniques across the global network.

Isabelle has extensive experience in product and consumer goods marketing having begun her career with Unilever in South Africa. She holds a bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing, and a postgraduate degree in Management Accounting from the University of Natal, South Africa. She is a Certified Management Accountant with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in London.


Aman Adinew has two decades of experience in revenue management, marketing and international business, spanning a range of service industries including package delivery, airline, and entertainment. He is exceptionally skilled at assisting companies in achieving aggressive growth and profitability goals.

Before founding the Profit Advantage Group, Aman was an independent consultant with Catalyst Strategies where his client roster included Cisco and Blue Shield of California. Prior to that, he was an executive at DHL, where he successfully developed and implemented pricing strategies (including segment-based revenue enhancement and loyalty programs), built a winning pricing organization, introduced sophisticated pricing tools, and revamped processes and policies for effective pricing strategy execution. This multi-pronged approach led to hundreds of millions in profit improvement for the company. Aman led a variety of cross-functional teams at DHL, including the rollout of change management programs and the acquisition and integration of Airborne Express. Additionally, he has held marketing and general management positions within 3M, Northwest Airlines and AIT, Inc.

Aman is a thought leader in revenue management who has been tapped by Business Week, Fast Company, and Computer World on the subject of pricing and has been a featured speaker at industry-leading pricing conferences.

Aman holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategic Management from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Augsburg College in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
